Refund policy


This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our online store.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a purchase.

 

Returns

At Bathe The Label we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return.

Returns are accepted provided that the product is in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. 

Returns do not apply to Sale goods or products purchased using a Gift Card.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@bathethelabel.com.au within 14 days of receiving your product. Please provide your name, purchase details and order number as provided at time of purchase in the email. 

Once the return is accepted you will be sent instructions on how to make your return.

Postage costs for the return are the responsibility of the returner. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not liable for any return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once the returned product is received and its condition is confirmed we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount is the amount of the purchase minus any shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
